Eligibility and use

You may use Telos only if you can form a binding contract and comply with these Terms and applicable law.

You are responsible for your use of Telos and for activity under your account. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use Telos to violate law or third-party rights.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and connected identity provider. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or restrict access if necessary to protect Telos, users, infrastructure, or our legal obligations.

Customer content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Telos. You grant Telos Platform, Inc. the rights necessary to host, process, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content to provide and improve the service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to your content and that your use of Telos will not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Third-party services

Telos may integrate with third-party services such as identity providers, cloud infrastructure, calendars, repositories, and model providers. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms.

Fees

Some Telos features may require payment. If paid features apply, fees, billing terms, and usage limits will be presented separately or agreed in writing.

Disclaimers

Telos is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telos Platform, Inc. disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telos Platform, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Telos after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
