We also collect information automatically, including authentication events, device and browser information, IP address, usage data, deployment metadata, logs, and other information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, debug, and improve Telos; authenticate users; respond to support requests; enforce our terms; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Google user data for advertising.

Google user data

If you sign in with Google, Telos requests basic identity scopes such as openid, profile, and email. We use this information to create and maintain your account session.

If you connect a Google integration in a separate self-hosted product, that product may request additional scopes. Those permissions are used only to provide the integration you configured.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we share information

We share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate Telos, such as infrastructure, hosting, authentication, analytics, security, and support providers.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights, safety, and security, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Telos, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We may retain certain information where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
